Securitize Launches Tokenized Apple, Nvidia and Amazon Stocks on Solana
Securitize launched 12 tokenized U.S. stocks on Solana, each backed one-to-one by real shares as UCC security entitlements, with Jump Trading making markets and USDC settlement.

Outputs
Securitize launched 12 tokenized U.S. stocks on Solana on Wednesday, including Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft and Amazon.
Each token is a UCC security entitlement backed one-to-one by a real share, preserving dividends and voting rights.
Trading settles in USDC with Jump Trading as market maker; extended-hours trading at launch, 24/7 planned.
Securitize's own shares have traded on Solana since its NYSE listing in July.
The tokens are expected to list on the NYSE's planned 24/7 venue and the OKX-ICE venue, neither yet live.
Securitize launched tokenized U. S. stocks on Solana on Wednesday, opening with one-to-one backed security entitlements to 12 companies including Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Google, Tesla, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Circle, Strategy and Palantir.
The new Securitize Stocks product marks the first deployment of fully compliant tokenized equities on the Solana network by a major tokenization platform. Each token is backed by an actual underlying share rather than merely tracking a price, and settles in the USDC stablecoin on Securitize's registered broker-dealer platform.
Eligible investors in the U.S., the European Union and other permitted jurisdictions can access the offering at launch.
What distinguishes the tokens from offshore products?
Unlike many offshore tokenized-equity products that function as price-tracking wrappers, each Securitize Stock represents a security entitlement under the Uniform Commercial Code. That structure preserves investor rights and economic benefits, including dividends and, where applicable, voting rights.
The backing shares will not be lent out, according to the company. Holders can also convert their entitlements into registered shares where the relevant issuer supports it.
"Tokenized stocks should give investors more than a price on a wrapper that tracks a stock and is only offered offshore," said Carlos Domingo, Securitize's chairman and CEO. He framed the goal as bringing equities onchain "without leaving behind the ownership, investor protections and market infrastructure that make U.S. capital markets work."
How will trading work?
Liquidity will initially run through Securitize's Solana-based automated market maker. Jump Trading will serve as market maker. Trading will be available during extended market hours at launch, with a planned transition to 24/7 availability.
Securitize named Ripple Prime and Aave among its launch partners, positioning the tokens for use in onchain lending and collateral markets.
Where does this fit in the tokenized-stock race?
The launch lands in an accelerating competition to bring equities onto blockchain networks. Securitize's own shares have traded on Solana since its NYSE listing in July. The SEC's "innovation exemption" has opened a compliant regulatory path for tokenized stocks, drawing rivals including Coinbase, the NYSE and an OKX-ICE venture into the space.
Securitize said it expects its tokens to trade on the NYSE's planned 24/7 venue and on the OKX-ICE tokenized-securities venue. Neither venue has launched yet.
The company has not disclosed a launch date for either integration, leaving the timing of full 24/7 multivenue trading dependent on when those platforms go live.
